CRUSH YOUR FITNESS GOALS

I’ve been using pocket gym buddy for a few months now and the progress has been excellent, programs are built to your individual goals and needs, support is always there when you need it. Weekly updates are informative and motivational and has really pushed me each week to progress and see changes. Each week I just keep getting stronger and happier in myself.
So glad I made the decision to choose pocket gym buddy.

I started Pocket Gym Buddy with My Friend. Alyx did a video call with us both, separately, to find out what our goals were, a bit about us and to tell us a bit about him and then we kept on touch via the app.. which is brilliant! I won't lie i found it difficult at first, I've never been one to track my calories/macros etc but Alyx kept teaching me how to do it all and I'm certainly getting there now!
The app itself is really easy to use and navigate, i am really enjoying it and it's definitely something I want to continue on with! Alyx is fantastic, nothing is ever any bother for him, if there was something that didn't work for me he'd tweek it and change it, he didn't give up on me when I wanted to give up, he is just positive through and through and kept reminding me to trust the process ..which in the end did work, I've lost close to 1st in January and I've not given up, even when I wanted to the most! Really appreciate all your help Alyx.
